There are a few things you should know so you're ready for your delivery on the day it arrives. Right now, we're only offering our Release service in and around London and Manchester.

Will you assemble & install my furniture?

Yes, we’ll take care of it all, from delivery to a room of your choice to expert assembly - we literally do the heavy lifting for you. All we ask is that you let us know about any key delivery information (like stairs or obstructions) when you order.

What happens if something doesn't fit?

It’s always important to measure up before placing your order, and that includes doorways and staircases too. You’ll find all the measurements for your furniture on our product pages. Should something not quite fit, just give our Customer Service team a call and they’ll talk through your options with you.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times differ from location to location, but we always aim to get your pieces out to you within 10 working days.
